SMM19 promotes the presence of companies at the conference through a specific Sponsorship & Exhibition program. Companies interested in being SMM19 sponsors or exhibitors can choose one of the options listed below.

Requests for exhibition booths will be honored on a first-come first-served basis. Inclusion of the company logo in the printed Program Book can be guaranteed only for sponsor & exhibition registrations received prior to June 20, 2009.

 

(A) Sponsorship – 500.00 € (+20% VAT)

The Sponsorship fee includes the following benefits:

  • Colour-printed company logo in the sponsors page of the Program Book that will be distributed to all participants;
  • Clickable company logo on the sponsors page of the Conference website;
  • Company logo displayed on the sponsors board all along the Conference days.

(B) Premium Sponsorship – 1000.00 € (+20% VAT)

The Premium Sponsorship fee includes the following benefits:

  • Dedicated full-colour one-page printed advertisement in the Program Book that will be distributed to all participants;
  • Colour-printed company logo in the sponsors page of the Program Book;
  • Clickable company logo on the sponsors page of the Conference website;
  • Company logo displayed on the sponsors board all along the Conference days;
  • Company logo scrolling on the screen of the Conference Hall during breaks.

(C) Exhibition – 1500.00 € (+20% VAT)

The Exhibition will be held in the multipurpose area surrounding the Conference Hall.

The Exhibition fee includes:

  • A 6 m2 booth (panel height 2.50 m);
  • Colour-printed company logo in the sponsors page of the Program Book that will be distributed to all participants;
  • Clickable company logo on the sponsors page of the Conference website;
  • Company logo displayed on the sponsors board all along the Conference days;
  • Company logo scrolling on the screen of the Conference Hall during breaks;
  • Full registration fee for one company delegate. Additional delegates will be charged the regular registration fee.
