For your stay in Torino, the SMM 19 Organizing Committee proposes a number of 2, 3, and 4 star hotels which are close to the Conference venue, to the "Porta Nuova" railway station, and to the bus terminals for Torino-Caselle and Milano-Malpensa airports.

These hotels hold a certain number of rooms for SMM 19 delegates. However, September is a very busy month in Torino, with several other events during the same days as SMM 19. Therefore, we urge you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. We will be able to satisfy your requests at best if you will submit your reservation by June 30, 2009. After that date, requests will be honored on a first-come first-served basis.

Rooms at EDISU University Residence have been assigned to recipients of SMM student scholarships and to a limited number of other conference delegates on a first-come first-served basis. The University Residence is now fully booked and no more rooms are available for SMM 19 delegates.
